I have no DUI's but only like 2 speeding and 4 points and no other tickets Please help.........

Unfortunately, we live in a society where people like our friend "HEATHER" here rush to judgment of others without knowing all the facts. What did she say? "Good grief, if your speeding around town that shows recklessness."





Well Heather doesn't know the facts behind your tickets. Were you really speeding around town, or were you just going a little too fast and got unlucky? She doesn't know, and she doesn't care. All she knows is got two tickets, and that means your a bad person. (I'm sure her car has never gone one mile over the speed limit.)





I don't mean to pick on Heather, but I'm pointing that she's typical of people in our society. So, yes, an infraction, speeding ticket, or GOD FORBID, criminal conviction and it can make it very difficult to when looking for employment.





Check out traffic school, maybe you can get one of the tickets removed from your record. That might help. Otherwise they should be off your record after a couple of years. It just depends on where you live.

they hire you, you drive stupidly fast and wreck, there goes their insurance trough the roof!
Reply:It is totally at the employer's discretion who they hire. They can deny you a job for any reason at all.

Reply:I agree with all of the above. It will be hard to get a job delivering anything until these charges clear up over time.
Reply:Yes, the companies can use your speed tickets against you. You are going to be driving their vehicle, and they are looking for responsible drivers that will not damage their vehicles or do anything that would allow the public to sue them.
