Pizza Delivery job in a porsche?

I was thinking about getting a job at papa johns or pizza hut delivering pizza, but heres the twist.. i drive a porsche, so i dont know what requirements there are or anything so can someone just give me some general info and what i should know
Pizza Delivery job in a porsche?
If you can afford a Porche you don't need a cheap paying delivery job, but since you asked they do not care what you drive as long as you have insurance. They will not be responsible for any damage sustained while on the job.
Reply:I delivered for Dominoes for a few years. Problems: Severe wear and tear on car, gas usage (now its getting expensive again), mileage, tire wear and replacement, possible accidents (your insurance will be raised also if you have any claims), not getting tipped (stiffed), getting robbed, personal injury, the list goes on. Now, the money is comparable to a normal FF restaurant job, where you can keep your nice Porsche in one piece, make a buck, and work inside where it is safer. Your choice! Good luck.
Reply:I assume its a 944 or 924 but either way you'll put considerable wear on your car delivering pizza. You should already know the parts are quite expensive and high miles on a Porsche is hard to resell. You'd be better off finding a $300 dollar civic and paying for the extra insurance on another car.
Reply:I think you can drive whatever you want to deliver pizza, but keep in mind that pizza delivery, especially full-time, is really, really hard on the vehicle you're using. I'd rethink using a car that expensive for a job that will end up running it into the ground.
Reply:That's pretty funny. The pizza delivery people I've had drive all different kinds of cars--they are usually old Buicks and Fords or little rice burners. I think the only requirement is that they are reliable--that is, you won't call out because your car won't start.
Reply:Although that would be sweet to see a pizza delivery guy in a porsche, I would be afraid of the pizza in the car. Like getting the grease on your seats, or the pizza falling and staining your car. But hell if you want to, by all means go ahead
Reply:roflmao omg man that would be sick a porsche dropping off my pizza to me and my buddies in our run down shack of a house. wouldn't do it though imagine how much of a piss off it would be...

"hey baby like my car?"

"yeah but it smells like burnt cheese and old pepperoni"
Reply:As long as the pizza is delivered it doesn't matter what car you drive. Believe me, if the pizza ain't there you won't have the money to even pay for the car you currently drive!
Reply:The people will see what you are driving when you pull up to their house, and probably won't think you need a tip. So you will be putting alot of wear and tear for basically what your hourly rate is.
Reply:I don't understand how you can afford a porsche and need "small change" like that. The policy depends on each pizza franchise, so go ask them directly. ya.
Reply:You drive a Porsche, and you're going to deliver pizza??? Is that to pay off the debt from it or something??
Reply:you could give me your porsche and you can have my honda... problem solved!
