I dont own a car, i am looking for a summer job, which do you recommend, pizza delivery or bartending ? I would have to buy a car for pizza delivery, but then again, i would have to pay for bartending courses, about 500$.

If you are not interested in running about delivering pizzas then i think you take bartending its course is much cheaper than a car. But a car has its own utilities. If you are serious on bartending i suggest you take the course so that your drinks don't annoy customers
