Check with your local meals on wheels program (they deliver meals to elderly people who need help). Maybe check with local restaurants that deliver food (lunchtime)? Some cities have programs set up to delivery groceries to people who can not leave the house, check your local google search.
Domino's Pizza does delivery starting at 11am.
