I'm studying to be a midwife. I love it so far and everyone I speak to who works in this field is really passionate about it. As to how much you make, that can vary depending on where in the world you work, how high up the ladder you are, etc. From what I've seen, there are opportunities for really good pay. If it's what your interested in, maybe hire out some books from the library or google 'day in the life of a labour nurse/midwife/etc' Good luck!
